Terms of Service

GptAlyzer helps you collect, summarize, and organize material from sources you choose. Summaries may contain errors and should be checked against their cited sources before you rely on them.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and activity. Do not use the service to access material unlawfully, bypass access controls, or infringe another person’s rights.

Content and acceptable use

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant GptAlyzer the limited permission needed to process, store, and display it for your account. Automated abuse, malware, harassment, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

Paid plans

Paid plans are prepaid for the displayed access period and do not renew automatically. Payment status is determined by the payment provider’s confirmed server notification. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may remove paid access.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, GptAlyzer is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from generated content.
